Procedure of a therapy
The first and perhaps most important step begins with yourself: by realizing that you are not 100% satisfied with your life situation and that you want a change. You can make this decision for therapy or advice together with your partner, but also on your own. Counseling or therapy is always possible both individually and as a couple. By choosing a therapy or consultation, you have already met the two most important requirements for successfully solving your problems: You realize yourself that there are problems and you no longer talk about it yourself. By contacting a therapist, you actively take control of your life and open the way to new solutions.
I take the time for each initial interview (approx. 20-30 minutes). So that we are not interrupted by other calls, an email is the best way to reach me. You write me a short email with your landline number and the call times favorable for you – and I call you back at your desired time. Alternatively, we can arrange a video consultation hour. During our first conversation on the phone or by video, we can get to know each other and talk about the most important organizational questions:
