Conversation

Human beings need to feel connected to others. This sense of connectedness through love, sex and relationships creates our mental and physical well-being, and adds fulfillment to our lives. Disconnection stems from getting stuck in relationships when shame, guilt and fear prevent us from being vulnerable enough to share our thoughts, feelings and needs. Learning strategies to communicate, get vulnerable, and get unstuck from old patterns and narratives, especially as these apply to our sexual biographies, can provide the connection to others and allow you a path back to your authentic self.

A Conversation session offers a professional framework based on Behavioral, and Interpersonal Systems Theory for addressing sexual issues and difficulties. We will clarify questions and dialogue openly without false shame to break old ways of thinking that hold you back from living a fulfilled and connected life.
